Ultrasonic cleaning uses ultrasonic energy in an immersion cleaning tank to assist in the removal of tenacious or stubborn soils from parts. An ultrasonic system always consists of at least three main components:

1. A tank to hold the cleaning fluid and the dirty parts

2. A generator to transform the line voltage into an ultrasonic signal

3. Transducers to convert the ultrasonic electrical signal into mechanical energy

Application of Ultrasonic Cleaner

1, For cleaning oil

Hardware parts/wire cutting parts/auto repair parts/molds and other workpieces will inevitably have some oil and dust on the surface during production. Cleaning the parts with ultrasonic waves can quickly remove the oil and save labor and time costs.

2, For cleaning rust

Stainless steel parts, copper parts, iron parts and other workpieces will be oxidized if they are used for a long time or left idle. Ultrasonic cleaning can quickly separate the rust and achieve a clean as new effect.

3, For Circuit Board/Electronics

It is convenient and time-saving to clean the solder paste, rosin, dust, oil and other dirt on the circuit board workpiece with ultrasonic waves (add appropriate amount of washing water to clean).

4, For laboratory/research

Ultrasonic waves can not only clean beakers, test tubes and other utensils, but also do experiments such as emulsification, extraction, defoaming, decomposition, and vibration, realizing one machine with multiple functions.

5, For Dental/Hospital
